She only gave birth 10 weeks ago.

But already Una Healy has managed to get back into shape and become one of the yummiest mummies around.

The Saturdays star was spotted heading out of her hotel in London last night.


And she played the protective mother as she carried little daughter Aoife Belle in her arms.

Una, 30, wrapped herself around her baby as she walked past photographers and kept her eyes firmly on the tot.

And she displayed her immaculate post baby body during the outing.

Healy had clearly made the most of the hot weather yesterday as she stepped out of the Mayfair hotel in a blue and pink floral mullet dress.

The frock showed off her perfect pins, while she went for some flat shoes to finish off the look.

Una wore her hair down while she went for smoky eye make-up as she clutched on to her iPhone.

She had been busy this week getting back into rehearsals with her bandmates Rochelle Wiseman, Frankie Sandford, Mollie King and Vanessa White.

But the singer has admitted she's a bit out of practice following her maternity leave.

She wrote on Twitter: 'Back in rehearsals for summer shows! I'm a bit rusty! Lol x.'
